Bus was delayed by an hour. Also, it did not drop us at the correct dropping point. We were dropped so far that we had to arrange another vehicle to get there. Staff is very rude, on the bus and at their travel office.

We were given incorrect bus number. Also, our seats were assigned to someone else. After long argument, we were allowed to board bus.

Very bad service. Koi mat lena. 5.30 ki boarding thi. Driver 5 bajhe hi bus le kar chala gaya or jab call kiya tab driver bolta hi ji bus ja chuki hai.

Blankets are not provided. Bus seat very dirty. Bed smell in bus. No air fresheners are sprayed. Bus gallery very bad and rusted by extra passengers.
