Very poor service according to price

We reached kashmere gate at 9:55 pm because of traffic. At that time, the bus had just started. We saw the bus and called the cleaner several times. Also, they saw us but still did not stop for us. This behaviour from the staffs was the worst. We lost our money because of this.

Poor quality of bus. AC is terrible. They didn't have enough blankets, so half of the passengers didn't get any.

Dont have even proper leg space, my whole family suffered whole night. Terrible experience that such buses are listed on the platform.

never trust this bus , they will switch off the ac , can't sit properly , the seats won't bend , can't sleep over all the night, it's a night mare for my family . dear red bus first check whether the ax and seats are working first and then add in your listing, for your commission don't play with customer
