Actually they don't provide bus details and they change bus. Generally, 5 hours is good travel time for Nashik but they took 8 hours and there was no traffic, but they stopped and stayed too much for their personal work. Bad experience due to excessive travel time.

seat (2L) had no curtains, light coming in all the time. Unable to sleep. Bus has old windows which open randomly even if it's an AC bus. No blankets.

No. 1 - I booked for Sai Aradhya travels, but the agent told me to sit in Sai Subham bus. 2. The agent on the bus was talking very rudely on a phone call when I asked for the bus time, and the bus came 2 hours late. 3. Also, the driving was very harsh, putting our lives in danger, and the bus tires failed twice. 4. The bus maintenance is very poor, and the driver is very bad. I am adding a review that if you value your life and want to live longer, don't book this bus. It's the worst bus travel experience of my life. At the end, thank God I'm still alive and able to write this review so others' lives can be saved because of my review. I request the bus owner to take these things seriously. Passenger lives are in your hands. Please take care of their lives and time.

Booked from Mulund to Shirdi, but they dropped us in the middle of the road in Nashik and then offered us a seat in another bus. Reason was given that the engine had a heating issue. But the real issue was that half of the bus passengers were dropped in Nashik and approximately 15 people left for Shirdi. There they saw an opportunity to abandon us. Also, at the Mulund pick-up point, the bus was 1 hour late. Very, very terrible. I came from Nashik to Shirdi standing in the bus.

A different bus arrived late by 1.5 hours, I booked a window seat but still didn't get it as they didn't have a record of who had booked which seat. They only know that an online seat has been booked and nothing else. No bus details were provided, I had to contact them in order to get the bus details.
