Ac not working charging port not ok. Boarding point change by them and when reached their new boarding point took seat in bus after that bus gone to old boarding point un necessary passenger harassment when told you again came on same boarding point as per booking then bus driver and other person who was not a crew member started mis behaving.

The bus was clean, comfortable, and arrived on time. The journey was smooth, and the staff were professional and courteous. They are very helpful and made the trip even more pleasant with their friendly attitude and excellent support.

Ac was not working properly and the driver was not on time. He dropped one hour late and it was the worst experience for me.

During the dinner halt, the luggage compartment (dickey) of the bus was left unlocked, allowing any passenger to open it without the knowledge of the driver or conductor. This is a serious security concern, as luggage could easily be stolen, and it is unclear who would be responsible in such a situation. When we requested the conductor to keep the luggage compartment locked, he initially refused. Later, when the driver arrived, his behaviour was rude instead of addressing the concern. Proper safety measures should be followed to ensure passengers' luggage remains secure.

Horrible journey, it was a fake Volvo bus, not the usual Volvo quality. Charger not working, uncomfortable seats, dirty blanket, rest stop was a very unhygienic local dhaba. Even the water bottle provided was too small, insufficient for a 12-hour journey. The seat is very uncomfortable. Everything was wrong with this journey.
