The bus was delayed by almost an hour. Instead of focusing on timely passenger pickup and service, the staff seemed more focused on offline bookings and passengers arranged through external agents. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I hope the operator improves punctuality and gives priority to passengers who have already booked their tickets. Arrival to destination was almost delayed by 2 hrs.

My booking time is 9.10 pm but the vehicle arrived at 11.45 pm. No intimation to passenger. Don't upload in this type of buses.

Pickup and drop points are changed without any prior information, and when asked, the bus operator replied very rudely. I have spent over Rs. 500 on a taxi because of the pickup and drop point change.
