Reached 30 mins earlier. Service is good. Staff are passenger friendly. Rest stop should be changed. Rest stop was not good.

Very comfortable seat and more than sufficient leg room, you can easily relax. Bus was on time and running on time.

The traveller drop off time was 9:30 and it reached at 12:00 at night. Horrible.

Staff was not helpful. There were no seat numbers. The seat I booked was a window seat but someone was already there. When I asked the conductor, he said seat number 37 is not the window seat. Other than this, the bus is new and comfortable.

First of all, the bus was delayed by about 30 minutes. We were understanding about it since delays can happen. However, the staff’s behaviour was extremely poor. They responded to our questions in a rude manner. Additionally, the bus arrived at the boarding point nearly two hours late. They also refused to stop at designated stops along the route. Overall, I would not recommend this service due to the unprofessional behaviour of the staff and the excessive delays.
