It was a horrible experience. The bus got delayed 3.30 hours due to luggage as it seemed like a luggage bus with luggage everywhere on the seats. During the journey, they were dropping the luggage to the stakeholders. Moreover, it took me more than 25 minutes to find a bus myself at the bus stand. The point of contact was not helpful at all. Such a pathetic experience.

The bus was packed with goods, even occupying the walking space in the middle. It departed at 8:30 pm and arrived at Babughat bus stand at exactly 8:30 am against the scheduled time of 7 pm and 5 am.
