I had a bad experience travelling from Katra to Delhi. I booked this bus because the listing clearly mentioned that an onboard toilet was available. However, when I boarded the bus, I discovered that there was no toilet at all. It appeared that the toilet had had been removed, despite the amenity still being advertised. This was misleading and extremely inconvenient for passengers who specifically chose a bus based on the availability of an onboard toilet. To make matters worse, the blanket and mattress had visible stains, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The rest stops were equally disappointing, with poorly maintained washrooms and inadequate breaks during the journey. The overall experience was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and far below acceptable standards. The operators should ensure that the amenities advertised are actually available and that staff maintain proper hygiene and provide reasonable washroom breaks. I strongly urge both the platform and staff to take this complaint seriously and improve their services. Customers paid for the facilities promised to them, not for a completely different experience. After this terrible journey, I would never book with the staff again, and this experience had seriously damaged my trust. I would consider switching to other booking platforms in the future. Highly disappointing. I would not recommend this operator to anyone.
