Bus operator was not taking calls that whole day. Then in the evening, even before one hour of boarding taxi, operator was saying that taxi had gone. Then said that another taxi would take you. Even then, after one hour, he said to take a shared taxi and go there. Then in Haldwani, he said to come to Kathgodam. Then he said to go more 10 km to some restaurant to catch the bus. So I didn't like this behaviour at all, but the bus condition was good. There is no complaint about that. But the bus operator should learn how to take phone calls from passengers and not give them any kind of stress.

Pickup was not Nainital that I have booked. They refused pickup from Nainital Bus Stand (as mentioned in booking). Staff and services are worse.

Firstly, the bus was late in arriving and secondly, my stop was Rudrapur, I got off at Haldwani. Gave some fake reason and took my ticket money in full
