They didn't have my booking or boarding point details. My boarding point was changed from Chakan Ambethan Chowk to Hotel Sahyadri. The management should update last-minute bookings properly or close the booking window earlier.

I did not like the management and the bus. I arrived at the boarding point half an hour early, but the bus was delayed by a full hour. I called them to ask where they were and how much longer it would take to arrive, but they did not even stop at my boarding point and failed to call me. I called again to explain that I had been waiting for over an hour. They had already gone four to five kilometers ahead and told me to go to another boarding point. What was the meaning of this? I eventually managed to find my way there, but it was not a good experience, and also not hygienic.

The driving was extremely rash, which made the journey feel unsafe. The bus provided was also different from the one shown in the booking images—they appear to have used old photos. In the morning, they even repaired the bus before departure, and after just 70 km of travel, it broke down. The worst part was that they did not provide any backup bus or alternative arrangement. At around 4:00 AM, we were left stranded and had to return home to Dhule on our own. It was a terrible experience. This type of bus service should not be allowed and should be blacklisted by the booking platform. If anyone is reading this review, I strongly recommend that you do not book this bus.

Very bad travel experience. The bus broke down in the middle of the journey, causing a significant delay and a lot of inconvenience to the passengers. There was no proper communication or timely support from the bus operator. This was extremely disappointing and the overall service needs significant improvement. Also, alternative travel was not dropped at the chosen point and they dropped us midway.

The bus broke down in the middle of the night, they made us wait for 2 hrs, some people left on other passing buses. They only arranged another spare bus for remaining passengers when my father told them that he'll log an FIR. Now the new bus is going to drop us at Nashik Phata only; they refuse to take us further than that. I am a girl travelling solo whose dropping point was Shivajinagar. I chose Shivajinagar because it was closer to Hadapsar. Now how am I supposed to travel 24 kms alone with luggage. I need a refund for this much inconvenience.

Bus was parked by driver in deep mud and slush at final stop of Warje without safely alighting passengers in a clean and dry area. Senior citizens were rudely asked to make their own way out of this mud with their luggage. Very poorly coordinated and rude bus staff.
