Too fast driving to catch up time. Timing needs to be maintained properly to avoid rash driving.

I was extremely disappointed with this bus travel experience. The staff responses were completely irrelevant and unprofessional. There was no proper response, no accurate tracking information, and no satisfactory support throughout the journey. The overall service was very poor and not worth the ticket price at all. We paid the full ticket amount expecting a comfortable and reliable journey, but the experience was a complete waste of our money and time.

The bus arrived at the Melmaruvathur boarding point only at 4:10 AM, despite the scheduled boarding time of 2:45 AM. This caused a delay of 1 hour and 25 minutes. Even the live tracking showed an STA of 3:25 AM, but the bus arrived later than that. Waiting for such a long time at the boarding point during the early morning hours caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. I request to investigate this delay, provide a proper explanation, and take appropriate action against the service provider if necessary. Please also consider suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused. Kindly treat this complaint seriously and provide a resolution. Thank you.

The bus was delayed by almost an hour. Instead of focusing on timely passenger pickup and service, the staff seemed more focused on offline bookings and passengers arranged through external agents. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. I hope the operator improves punctuality and gives priority to passengers who have already booked their tickets. Arrival to destination was almost delayed by 2 hrs.

My booking time is 9.10 pm but the vehicle arrived at 11.45 pm. No intimation to passenger. Don't upload in this type of buses.

Pickup and drop points are changed without any prior information, and when asked, the bus operator replied very rudely. I have spent over Rs. 500 on a taxi because of the pickup and drop point change.

Bus was 1.5 hours late. Started 1 hour late from the boarding point. Need punctuality.

No on time departure. Ac was not good.

My boarding point was different but they made me come to another boarding point. I reached the boarding point on time, so as they were in a different place I was stressed.
