I am travelling for the last three times but not a single time the TV was working. Very bad experience.

Dropping at Hyderabad is far away from the destination.

The bus started and reached on time. Driving did not create any issue during the ride. The bus did not look clean from inside. There is not enough space to sit up in the upper berth, you have no choice but to lie down during the ride. The personal light above my berth was not working. The bus halted for dinner at 1:10am. The restaurant was not hygienic. The total experience was average.

Extremely good and punctual.

Reached 1.5 hours before arrival time.

Bus was having strange bad odour throughout journey, toilet was horrible, no food given, first hault was around 11:35 which was late to me.

Don't book this bus at any cost. There are many cheaper options under 1500-2000. They charge 4500 and still don't provide any amenities. They mentioned snacks in their amenities; only water bottles were given. And most important things are rest stops. They stopped in a hotel named Atithi for 10 mins where the whole hotel was crowded and food wasn't available for the passengers. Toilets were so unhygienic that it can't be called a toilet. There was literally one room for both men and women, no lights, no taps (only one bucket of water with a mug), lizards and snails all over the place. And most importantly, there were no urinals or komode also. It was just a plain floor where people had to urinate. I didn't expect this from at all considering the amount of money they charge from the passengers. Never going to opt services again ever. Pathetic experience.

The staff member who takes out the luggage is rude even though I had informed them all of my stop in the very beginning.

Had a pleasant journey. It's the 3rd time, and the experience remains the same. But kindly intimate passengers to use earphones. Few co-passengers constantly watching loud till late night, which disturbs my sleep.
