Bathroom.

All was good and recommended to everyone....but conductor behavior would be good as my opinion...captain was good...though bus was 1.hrs late towards durgapur from puri....Anyway bus is too good...our bus was wb192930...which was also a business class sleeper bus..comfort was also good..ac was good...and smooth ride.

I am disappointed with the hygiene standards maintained on the bus during my recent journey. The smell from the onboard toilets spread throughout the entire bus, creating an extremely unpleasant environment. The rest-stop washrooms were also poorly maintained and unhygienic. Furthermore, mosquitoes were present inside the bus, indicating inadequate cleanliness and sanitation measures. The constant foul odour made me feel sick, and I avoided eating my lunch because I was worried it would make me vomit. This significantly affected my travel experience. I request that the cleanliness and maintenance of both the bus and rest-stop facilities be improved to ensure passenger comfort and health.

Due to flood, bus has been returned to Bhuvneshwar and dropped. Not even helpline, no proper response.

Very disappointing experience with the live bus tracking system today. After contacting customer support, I was informed that the bus details displayed in the service provider app were not up to date, even though the bus had already reached its destination. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the tracking system. service provider should ensure real-time tracking information was updated accurately to avoid misleading passengers.

The journey was okay, but the washroom was damaged, and hence can't be used by passengers, food packets were not provided and the headphones were broken too, there was no TV.

The seats and curtains were dirty and gave an unhygienic look. The washroom stoppage at Shaktigarh was pathetic, very unhygienic.

How can u book a male seat next to a female seat, I'm feeling so uncomfortable.
