The sleeper bus was new and looked good, but the overall experience was average. The bed pillow and blanket were of average quality and could have been better. Although a toilet was available on the bus, there was no water to flush it, which was very disappointing. The service is advertised as Gold Class, but the facilities and comfort did not meet the expectations of a Gold Class service. The overall experience needs improvement, especially in cleanliness, basic amenities, and passenger comfort.
