The bus gets delayed notifications came for 45 mins. We accepted the bus delay not going to blame it. But the bus is delayed by more than 2hrs 15 mins which is unusual and more worrisome, that too at 1:40 am. They could have revealed the truth but deliberately hid the fact. We were left standing at the bus stop for 2 hours 30 minutes. Still, we called the number provided by them which seems to be the driver or co-driver. We called them whatever the minutes they told us when it would reach. They said 30 mins and 30 minutes again whenever we called after 30 minutes. They could have at least opened their shop at the bus stand but they didn't do that and left us to wait in the rain. At last, after 2 hours15 minutes when we called to ask where the bus was, they said you can check in the app and don’t call us in a very rude manner. Actually, we didn't call them more than 3 times. But our phones were already going to switch off because what were we supposed to do at midnight to keep awake. Very horrible experience of a lifetime.

Driving was good. But bus pickup and drop was very late, might be due to traffic. Travel was comfortable otherwise.
