The travel company as stated was Vikas Travels but actually the bus which arrived was of Sharma Travels. I almost missed the bus because of this confusion. Staff's behaviour was very excellent. The bus was also very good. Driving speed was also very moderate.

AC was not effective, single staff driver doing multiple arrangements. Propped in parking rather than Kashmiri Gate bus stand.

I have booked the bus from Vikas Travels but got the seat in another travel agency's bus which was not comfortable. Still not able to understand why this happened to me as I booked from Vikas Travels only but got another bus which was worse.

My experience was average. The bus was untidy, with shoes in the aisle and a bad-smelling toilet. I was disappointed by the unclean bedsheets and blankets. There was no reading light at my seat, and the comfort was compromised by random people onboarded for short trips. The live tracking was ineffective. The bus was delayed by thirty minutes, and the staff were impolite.
