Subject: Customer support team, I booked a bus ticket from Lucknow to Delhi for xx/xx/xxxx at 10:00 pm with Vande Fly. ticket number: xxxxxxxxxx my boarding point was Alambagh Nahariya Chauraha, Lucknow and my dropping point was ISBT Kashmiri Gate, Delhi. the bus did not arrive at the boarding point, and I did not receive any call or notification from the bus operator regarding the bus location or any change in the schedule. I also tried contacting the bus operator, but my calls were not answered. I was present and ready to travel, but I could not board because the bus service was not provided as booked. I request you to investigate this issue and provide me with a full refund of my ticket amount. please do not treat this as a normal passenger cancellation, as the issue was caused by the bus operator's failure to provide the service. kindly resolve my complaint urgently and confirm my refund status. thank you.

AC was too high. After complaining repeatedly, they didn't turn it down. As it was cold weather, AC isn't desired. Secondly, wrong pickup address and also wrong drop point.
