6:55 am was the drop off to Sparsh Hospital and it is 8:30 am and haven’t reached Hebbal yet.

I'm supposed to reach my destination at 6:30 but the bus came on correct time to pick and it almost took 12 hrs to reach the destination which is supposed to be 7 hrs. Almost 5 hrs delay and late which is very very bad.

Worst experience. Should have been dropped at my point at 6:40 but until 9:40 am I was at Guindy and again they said they are going via Shollinganalur which literally showed 1hr 30mins to again reach Selaiyur. So had to get down at Guindy and take an auto (extra expense) to reach home in 30mins. Other buses were also late but 4-5hrs delay is unacceptable.
