Bus conductor was taking on spot passengers in the bus. For double sleeper, he was taking 3 passengers for lesser amount. Bus hygiene was very poor. My seat was already used by someone else before I boarded.

First of all, you suggest pick up point and then every time asked to walk 1 kilometre. Not punctual at all, nearly an hour late. When entering the bus, seats are wet, not properly cleaned or anything. Charging sockets not working. Birth/reading lights not working. Such a terrible experience.
