We’re not happy with your service. We had planned another work as per bus time schedule, but we are still in the bus and cannot join office due to the bus running late.

They changed the bus timing then bus dropping point which was mentioned on the ticket Kasol bus stand to some chowk. Why show fake dropping point? Spoken to their employ but didn't get suitable replies and no refund also.
