Extremely pathetic experience! The bus was supposed to reach by 5:35 AM, but it’s already 10:43 AM and I’m still on the bus. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Proper bus maintenance and condition checks should be carried out before departure to avoid such situations. Passengers time and convenience should be respected. This has been a very disappointing experience and I will never book this bus service again.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the irresponsible and unacceptable behavior of the driver during my journey booked through . Yesterday night, I was left waiting alone at Nelamangala Toll until approximately 1:30 AM. Around four hours before that, I had communicated with the driver about changing my boarding point. I also shared my current location more than 20 times and tried calling him repeatedly, but he did not answer my calls or provide proper assistance. Even after the bus passed the toll, the driver failed to respond to my calls. I was left stranded alone at night, struggling to find a way to reach home without sufficient money for alternative transportation. I had clearly communicated my situation to the driver, but he showed no responsibility or concern for my safety. As a woman travelling alone, I felt extremely unsafe. Several men were approaching and bothering me at the bus stand while I was stranded. I had to face considerable mental stress, fear and difficulty solely because of this incident. I have booked tickets through more than 20 times and trusted your platform for safe and reliable travel. After this experience, I seriously question the safety measures, driver accountability and passenger support provided by , particularly for women travelling at night. I request that : 1. Issue a full refund for my ticket due to the failure to provide the expected transportation service. 2. Investigate the driver’s behavior and failure to respond to my repeated calls and location updates. 3. Review the bus tracking, passenger pickup and late-night safety procedures. 4. Provide me with a written explanation of what happened and confirm the action taken on my complaint. This was not merely an inconvenience. It was a serious passenger safety issue that left me stranded alone at night. I expect your team to treat this complaint urgently and provide a fair resolution. Please confirm receipt of my complaint and process my refund at the earliest.

Bus pick up is not nice. Very worst bus.

Worst trip ever is the worst.

The blanket and bedsheet everything stinks. You can't find even a seat properly. The roof height is very low. Otherwise, the bus helper and driver are all nice persons.

The bus never arrived at the stipulated time. The mobile numbers provided to call the opposite were incorrect as well.

Give a blanket for every person and driving excellent,

Rash driving, someone has occupied my seat. There is no signage board, there is no live tracking facility. 10-15 times simply they stop the bus. There are no proper instructions for staff.

Bus hygiene and punctuality can be improved.
