The staff took Mumbai expressway route causing problems to online passengers planning to get down route. Conductor asked to cancel the tickets. They cannot change on their own when passengers booked tickets via other routes. Bus condition is not suitable for AC fares. Please note and inquire about the issue in the interest of online passengers.
