Very poor experience. The drop-off point mentioned in the app was different from the actual drop-off point, and the driver dropped us nearly 5 km away from the promised location. During the night, autos were not available, causing great inconvenience in reaching home safely. The driver was unwilling to drop us at the location mentioned in the app. Please take strict action and ensure that passengers are dropped at the promised location. This one is continuously happening in these routes.
