I booked an AC bus, but a non-AC bus arrived; the staff also failed to provide a proper explanation.They have made a habit of doing this; I hope you will provide an appropriate response regarding this—very bad travel agency.

Ac was less, seating comfort not so good. Waiting time for getting extra passengers at Vijayawada is near about 1 hr. They stopped.
