Driving, Punctuality are good but, the seats need repair - when I travelled to Rameswaram from Chennai last night, when I woke up for a rest stop I found a white cloth in my hand and I realised it was the top cover from the seat before mine 😂 - it flew and landed in my hands due to the opposing air while the bus was going! a funny thing. Some cleaning is also needed. Everything else is perfect but please mention the Pudukkottai as a dropping point which is missed to mention and note to the passengers the bus went into the city road from Pudukkottai to Rameswaram when I travelled (not on bypass road!).

Everything is good, but there is only one driver for the entire journey from Chennai to Bodi, with no cleaner and second driver available. Please prioritize passenger safety and ensure that adequate arrangements are made for a safe journey.

There is no charging point in working condition. Bus got breakdown at mid of the highway but the only good thing in this bus is a very good driver. He kindly handled the situation.

Please don't book this bus for family members. Cleaner is using bad words. Not safe for ladies. Cleaner has very bad behaviour. Please don't book this bus.

Very disappointing experience. I had faced the same issues twice, and my experience had been very disappointing. Boarding point issue: while booking, the boarding point was mentioned as Chennai Egmore Metro Station. However, I received a call asking me to board at Koyambedu Indian Oil Bulk, which was very inconvenient, especially when travelling with luggage. Dropping point and delay: the dropping point was mentioned as Dindigul Bus Stand, but the bus dropped us at the Vanthalskundu bypass instead. Additionally, the bus was delayed by around one hour, causing further inconvenience. My conclusion: needs to improve its communication, punctuality, and adherence to the boarding and dropping points mentioned during booking. Changing locations without proper notice was unacceptable and created unnecessary difficulties for passengers. Since I had faced the same problems twice, I would not recommend this travel service to others unless they improved their service quality.
