Vehicle is in bad condition. Every movement of vehicle is felt directly in the seat. Shock absorber not working. Very painful journey. Never use your bus again in my life.

Live tracking is not enabled and no response from driver side. After a long time they responded. Pickup timing 12:35am but bus arrived at 1:40am. So much delay and picking up drunk passengers.
