The bus was shaking a lot, and I felt very scared and uncomfortable throughout the journey. Please improve the bus condition for a safer and more comfortable travel experience.

Very bad experience. I booked a bus from Chennai to Salem and waited at the exact pickup location shown for almost 30 minutes. I even contacted the staff, who confirmed that I was waiting at the correct location. However, the bus left without picking me up. The live tracking was not working, and nobody even called me to inform me about the bus. Because of irresponsible service, I could not travel to Salem that day, and my XXXX and valuable time were wasted. This was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of responsibility towards passengers. Very disappointing experience. I did not recommend unless they improved their service and communication.

Everything was excellent. Only drawback is the bus operators won't allow solo women to book double seat even if it has a lot of empty seats. There were two lower berth seats booked by solo women travellers and I wanted to book an upper berth. Lots of vacant seats were available and it didn't allow me to book the upper berth. Tried contacting bus operators and they couldn't help as the app is designed like that. One suggestion: if the bus starting time is 1 hr or so, allow the passenger to book vacant seats instead of forcing them to one seat option when there are pre vacant seats available.

Staffs were rude and I experienced napthalene ball smell throughout the journey which made me feel nauseous and made it hard to breathe.
