What kind of bus is this I want to complain about this bus service. The bus has had three punctures, each within just 30 minutes, and the driver is still driving it despite having a punctured tire. The bus is also overloaded with passengers. This is extremely unsafe. Please take immediate action and look into this matter.

False promises. Very poor condition of bus. Booking time showing 2x2 seat bus but it was 3x2.

Even though they are taking online booking, still they will stop anywhere they see anyone to pick more passengers. Apart from predefined stops, the bus made 25-30 more stops to pick and drop passengers and filled the bus till there was no room to even stand on the bus. For a 3 hr journey, they took about 4.5 hrs because of all the stops.
