bus got some technical problem delayed 3 hrs and staff did really well to start bus. but while going break and dropping point they are not announcing anything so that travelers could not reach properly especially old age people

Bus pick up was on time, actually before the time, but on the way 20 km from the pick up point, the bus broke down and till 12:00 p.m. we were in the same place. Then around after 12 o'clock, the journey started, so it took more than 3 hours in the same place where we were not able to move anywhere, and that is the experience. Also, I was dropped not at the exact drop point but somewhere else, so bad experience I had. Also, the windows were making noise; it was very noisy, couldn't sleep. Very bad noise.

Worst bus please remove from Primo. Staff will not call you on boarding time and not safe for girls. Sai Durga transport is unsafe for girls. They will not provide any details like live tracking bus details. Worst behavior of staff.
