Not even drinking water is provided. Must include the same mandatorily and AC cooling is not good. Charging points either doesn't work or it's showing 9 hrs to full charge like that. Too slow.

Punctual both in pick up and drop. Timely announcement by the driver. A decent dinner halt, the early morning tea/coffee stop not given. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to frequent travel.

The bus stopped around 12.30 for the restroom, then it started. It never stopped again for the restroom. Around 6.30, I called the driver as I needed to use the restroom. He said we can’t stop here. I said ok and disconnected the call. Later, he stopped the bus and called me. There was another driver who was shouting rudely. Also, when I came back from the restroom, he started the bus as soon as I stepped on the steps. It was very rude and he just started the bus without ensuring I got in. The door was also not closed. I’m not blaming both the drivers, I’m blaming only one. Worst experience ever.
