The ride was smooth and safe. We arrived only 15 minutes late due to the rain. Driver Prabhu drove well and ensured a safe journey. Overall, a good experience.

Bus was scheduled at 8:45 but I got a prior message that the bus would be late by 1 hour 30 minutes. I reached the stop by 9:30 and then literally waited for 2 hours. They came by 11:30, but during those 2 hours they were waiting at Ashok Pillar. I do not know why they were waiting there. I had a terrible experience. After the departure, there were many stops. I reached the destination by 10:00 am.

Bedsheet and pillows are not clean. Bad smell came from that. Kindly clean them after every usage.

First the bus came late by 1 hr. Then, the bus doesn't look clean; it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for more than a month. Too many stoppings for no reason (a 15-20 minutes unwanted stopping every hour). No passenger is boarding or dropping off.

Bus was too much sound inside while running. Also, seat handle broken, floor mat was damaged. AC is not sufficient inside. Totally not suitable for happy journey.

Had a bad experience while travelling in this bus. Out of nowhere the bus got some technical issues. This should be avoided.
