My experience is very poor as I am travelling from Hosur to Ramanathapuram to Hosur. It takes 40 minutes to reach, but due to traffic, I am unable to reach on time. 8:40 is my boarding time, but I asked the driver for 10 more minutes, but he didn't accept my request. Then I rushed to catch the bus. After that, they were telling me why I was not coming earlier. They behaved very rudely. My seat number is El sits, and I went to the seat. I asked the cleaner regarding the seat; he told me this is Els. After 2 hours, at another boarding point in 2016, the cleaner came and told me this. Why did you only tell this? That is so else it's theatre. In the middle of the trip, they interchanged the bus. I had hoped the bus costing 4000 rupees would be a sleeper and take me to my destination, but in between, they interchanged it with a voice bus, so I was unable to sleep. It is a semi sleeper.
