There is no proper communication about bus latency. Even after passenger multiple follow-ups, no proper response.

From Bengaluru to Belagavi total journey hours were horrible. This time, left Bengaluru Anand Rao Circle at 11 pm but reached Belagavi at morning 10.15 am. In between unloading at Hubli added additional hours. Not expecting this.

One of the worst bus experiences I have ever seen in my traveling journeys from Mumbai to Hubbali. It has taken 17 hours to reach, and there are many luggage stops. He is taking more than 1.30 hours at one luggage stop, not stopping on time for food and rest. Next, anybody please don't travel in Reshma buses.
