Very worst experience, they picked up at 3 am. Almost my leave was destroyed by them, and your customer service is also very bad. You didn't pick my phone or chat. I was cornered. Very bad experience. Hereafter I won't book any buses in app or else I will not book in my future.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this booking. I initially booked a sleeper berth through the app for 10:40 PM. During a police document check at the check post, it was found that the bus tax had not been paid, and the bus was seized by the police. They then arranged another seater bus, but it was extremely delayed and started only around 3:00 AM. Because of this huge delay, my entire plan was cancelled and I had to face a lot of inconvenience. I spent XXXX for this ticket, and it feels like a complete waste of money due to the poor service and delay, should properly verify all the required documents and compliance details of buses before allowing them to be listed and booked on the platform. This was a very worst experience. I am not interested in booking buses through the app again, and I have uninstalled the app.

Booked ticket with travels Volvo multi axle bus but within 30 minutes they asked us to change to a normal bus. That bus was very worst. Paid XXXXX and travelled in worst bus.

Very very worst time waste money, worst, no response. I booked bus ticket at 10:10 pm, got on at 12:30 am. I booked ticket from Karapakkam to Harur for 2000 rupees, but Karapakkam to Koyambedu cab charge was 400 rupees. Three hours waiting at Karapakkam boarding point. I called so many times, no response. Irresponsibility drivers... etc.

Very worst service. Bus AC not working on the way. Late departure more than 3.5 hours.
