I was booking an AC sleeper bus, but the AC was not working in the bus, and all passengers were facing the same issue. I wanted my 100 percent payment refund. I clicked some photos of the bus, and I wanted to share them with you, so kindly connect with me via mail. I was sending the proof that this bus was not an AC bus, as it was a non-AC bus and a not clean bus. Please help me in this case. The bus boarding time was 23:45, but the bus picked me up at 00:45, so I reached my home almost after a 12 hours journey. How could I manage my festival day.
