Worst experience I never booked again with this travels . I booked this travels now I am in the bus It’s a worst . No privacy & safety . Curtains are just for the show. Even not having Charging point. Lights not working. Curtain was hanging only one side only for show . No privacy Could u tell me why did I pay so much money. You are ripping of the customer. You only care about money. Curtains also broken. Blankets also unhygienic. And your staff told me as per law curtains not allowed. They not botherd for female safety I am travelling with my mother her age was 60 . Your staff told me the rule again & again . Rule come for only this travels (I saw another passengers both having curtains all side. Kindly refund me full amount. I’ll upload on twitter & social media platform and will take legally action also .

The bus reached the boarding point well ahead of time giving us ample time to settle down. Rest stop was good, they provided water and checked if all passengers boarded the bus.
