Does okay what does safety was very bad and the area was little small because the safely really was not that long does only sitting them I fall down and that's false in the bed sheets.

I would like to report an issue regarding the staff's conduct. Instead of explaining the luggage options politely, they spoke unprofessionally, used inappropriate words, and demanded money. I hope management addresses this behavior.

The bus arrived too late to the boarding point and the driver behaviour was very poor and not acceptable as there was a mother and kid travelling alone and their drop point was Kamalapuram. They did not call out and stop at the right point. It was very early morning and not safe to drop at a later point. He simply argued and misbehaved with the passenger and this is not at all acceptable. Take required action.
