Extremely disappointed with PR Travels! Rainwater was leaking inside the bus, leaving the seats wet and making the journey very uncomfortable. This level of poor maintenance is unacceptable for a paid service. Please fix the issue immediately and ensure passengers don’t face this experience again.

Bus travel complaint subject serious complaint regarding poor bus condition and inconvenience during travel dear staff, I am writing to complain about the extremely poor experience I had during my bus journey yesterday. I booked a sleeper seat for XXXX, expecting a comfortable and safe journey. However, the seat was in very poor condition, and rainwater was leaking onto the seat, making it completely uncomfortable and unsuitable for travel. To make matters worse, I was made to wait for nearly two hours before being asked to change to another bus. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my valuable time, and made the entire journey extremely stressful. Paying XXXX for a sleeper ticket and experiencing such poor service was completely unacceptable. Passengers deserved clean seats, proper maintenance, and timely arrangements. I request you to take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please investigate this issue and ensure that such incidents did not happen to other passengers. I looked forward to your response and a proper resolution.
