Overall travel was great, but the bus was delayed by one hour and the AC is not working properly. If I rate the AC, it is 3/5.

Driver diverted the route and took local passengers and took payment on personal QR. Bus was delayed due to all this and on telling him not to do so - conductor answered - it will be like this only. Conductor's behaviour was bad
