Bus was very late. Actual arrival time should be 6 am but the bus came at 7.30 am only. 1.5 hrs late. Restroom hygiene was very poor.

I missed my bus at my stop and so I requested the staff to stop at Kilambakkam and wait for a few minutes. He did not wait and that ruined my travel, my money, and everything. Please try to understand people's situation. I said them to wait at Kilambakkam for 10 mins, they can't even do that. In emergency circumstances, I asked them to do that favour since I was in an emergency to travel to my native. Very terrible and irresponsible behaviour. Try not to repeat it.
