The driver was too rude. When I asked him to stop the bus for washroom for my mother who is a diabetic patient, he said go in open. He could have said wait, I will stop near washroom or politely refused. Instead, he was too rude.

Worst experience ever, bus got breakdown but driver didn't arrange bus. At 3.30 PM, I had to stop another bus and arrange other bus with my family with small children.

Bus broke down between Limdi and Bagodara at around 2 am. No support from bus operator. Had to manage ourselves. Took another bus from highway.

Pickup location is not proper. I reached special taxi on boarding point. When I saw your Google location was Mapro Garden, not Missing Link. I paid XXXXX extra to Mapro Garden to Missing Link. So update your view ticket location and send proper location with Google map link next time. Your travel was also late.
