Hey team, I am Advocate. I faced an issue during travelling in the bus from Chotila to Ahmedabad. I booked a ticket for all the amenities like AC, sleeper, charging point, timings, and all facilities, but during travelling the charging point wasn't working in the bus. When I asked about it to the conductor, they didn't respond well and treated me as if I was nothing to them. If I pay for all the facilities, then why should I compromise? Even after calling , they also didn't resolve my problem. So, if I don't receive any response from your side in the next 24 hours, I will definitely complain in consumer court against.
