AC duct was leaking, rainwater was also coming from window sides, bedsheet got wet. Toilet hygiene was horrible.

I haven't traveled because operator has called and told that ticket has been cancelled. I didn't get my money refund yet.

My experience with this bus was terrible. The bus neither arrived nor dropped me off on time. The scheduled arrival time was 7:20 PM, but the bus arrived at 9:40 PM. The scheduled drop-off time was 9:20 AM, but the bus dropped me off at 2:00 PM. It didn't stop at any decent places for passengers to eat or use the restroom.

Worst bus experience, the seats are so dirty and blankets are also not provided. AC is not working properly and AC water is dripping from the roof.

Bus is very smelly and unhygienic, staff behavior is very rude, it's very very very late, its AC is not working, they didn't provide us with water bottle. A general train would be better than this piece of garbage. Please do not waste your money on this bus. I am literally crying because it's already 2 pm and they just don't want to drop us in Lucknow. We are standing here in Kanpur for 4 hours .
