The driver's behavior was not appropriate. We were not contacted at the pickup point, which resulted in a delay of approximately one and a half hours. Or, if you're writing a complaint: The driver's behavior was unprofessional. We did not receive any call at the pickup point, causing a delay of around 1.5 hours.

we have very terrible experience with this bus and we don't travel with this again staff behaviour is so rude and live tracking I'd not available in this time on the bus and the seats are very dirty everything is very unhinged at there

Very bad customer service. Dropped at an earlier location farther from metro. Everyone did not get blankets.

Very bad experience. Staff behaviour very rude. Delay in service and stop for rest is unacceptable. Stolen food and too much costly is not acceptable. The dhaba was unhygienic and the driver stopped over there.

The bus was 45 mins late. Then the conductor had an attitude issue. I did not like the way he spoke. The drive was not smooth as the driver was rushing.
