Dropping point is showing near flower market but they deboard the passenger at cmbt bus stop. Better remove that from the list otherwise good.

Driver and cleaner was rude. Talking unnecessarily when asking for a bottle, stating people who pay more than XXXXX will get it. However, it is clearly mentioned under amenities that water will be provided.

While booking the bus, MakeMyTrip showed the pickup location as Kanchipuram Bus Stand. However, the location link I received from the travel service had expired, so I could not open it. The live tracking was also not working. I called the travel service just 20 minutes before the actual pickup time, and they asked me to come to the Kanchipuram Bypass, which was the actual pickup point. Because of this, I had to rush to the pickup point to board the bus. As feedback, I request the travel agency to either provide the correct pickup location while booking or ensure that the location and tracking links they share are working properly. Providing the correct information in advance would help passengers avoid confusion and last-minute rushing. Apart from this, the overall service was good, and the staff were kind and helpful. However, I did not receive a water bottle during the journey. I am not sure whether providing a water bottle is part of the service, but I wanted to mention it as feedback.
