The customer support was bad. They didn't explain clearly what happened to the delay and gave bad attitude, especially a lady from them.

Worst journey. AC is not working at all. Bus seat not comfortable. I got vomit sensation due to poor maintenance in bus. Staff behaviour was good.

The bus was cancelled. He gave a substitute bus in a different travels. We lost the good seats we booked and the last minute time change was hard to replan. Happy he gave a substitute though. The stop in vellore is on a highway with no legal pedestrian path. Many deaths have happened. They should have forced a detour or cancelled the stop if they do not want to. Three stars for the bus who worked out a substitute three hours earlier. Two stars for not checking basic hygiene on stops. All buses do the same stop, but as always the government will not care except put a no pedestrian board.
