I booked 4 tickets from Cherupuzha to Pala and boarded at 7:15 PM from Cherupuzha. It was said that dinner would be at Vadakara, but the driver said it stopped at Vadakara when we reached Kozhikode. He did not come near us to inform, I do not know about others. We were 4 senior citizen passengers. After having lunch at 1:30 PM, we could only eat after arriving at Pala at 6:30 AM. It would be better if the bus staff were a bit more passenger friendly. I had travelled to many places in European countries and worked long-term in the Middle East. When passengers over 50 years travelled more, the bus company had the responsibility to provide toilet facilities. Currently, the situation depended on the kindness of the bus staff. We converted our return ticket to train. The biggest problem passengers faced while travelling by bus was the toilet facilities. When you increased rates based on the season, you should prioritize the comfort of paying passengers. Our country needed travel facilities with toilet facilities like those in European and Gulf countries today.

Actually, I thought the bus would reach Electronic City (Bangalore) much later than scheduled because of yesterday’s Dasara traffic. But the drivers coordinated everything so well and were extremely helpful throughout the journey. Despite the traffic issues, we reached safely. Really appreciate their excellent coordination, support, and safe driving. Thank you for making the journey comfortable and hassle-free.
