The staff’s behaviour was very good, especially. He was very polite, friendly, and helpful.

We were shifted to another bus unnecessarily during the trip and it was very difficult for us having a child with us. They have done this to cut their cost of transportation because both of their buses are going to same route with fewer travellers after a specific dropping point.

No stops allowed to freshen up.

Very worst travel experience. The entire journey was a horrible experience. The rest stop was extremely poor, and during the bus change, I did not even get a seat to sit for nearly an hour. I was forced to stand in an overcrowded place with absolutely no space to stand comfortably. The seat cushion was also in terrible condition and very uncomfortable. Overall, the journey was poorly managed, uncomfortable, and disappointing. Passengers pay for a proper travel experience, not to be left standing for an hour during a bus transfer. I would not recommend this service unless the company improves its rest stops, bus transfer arrangements, seating comfort, and passenger management.

Very poor experience. Our luggage kept underneath the bus got wet, clothes were all wet, causing inconvenience. should ensure proper protection of passengers’ belongings and take responsibility for such negligence.

Sleeping area doesn't have length to keep leg, very old bus. You have published less than 1 year on your website, but it is a very old bus. It was shaking and jerking all the way to Bengaluru. Wrong information provided on your website. Your website should be responsible for scamming travellers.

One of the worst travel experiences I have had with the pick-up van. They forced us to sit in ten different seats and staff denied keeping our luggage in the dickey. The pick-up van was held in Madiwala for two hours and staff were rude to us. I am a regular traveller and will never book again in the future. Such a pathetic experience travelling with family and kids and getting insulted by the staff.

The driver is proficient around the corners. It was a smooth ride, there's enough leg space, enough reclining for the seats. The bus was on time, but was delayed at the destination stop.
