Calling us before time and then following up was very helpful so that we don't have to worry abt missing the bus. Everything was professionally handled.

They told we will reach the pickup location at 10:52 but they didn't come and were late by more than 1 hour. After that, they came and without confirmation started the bus and traveled more than two kilometers. While I asked for someone to help, he only dropped. I felt very bad experience in this travel and uncomfortable. If it's a girl waiting, what will she do. How can she escape from robbery or attack or any kind of work.

I'll give 3 stars only. The bus was 1 hour late and Sleep comfort needs to be a bit better. Please provide soft pillows.

The bus was late at the starting point, and during the journey, it broke down near Koyilandy. We were left waiting inside the bus for almost two hours. The staff repeatedly told us that another bus would arrive in 10 minutes, but they failed to keep their promise, which was very disappointing. Finally, they arranged a small seater minibus for the remaining journey. Initially, they did not even switch on the AC. Only after contacting customer care did they turn it on. Due to this extremely poor service and lack of proper coordination, I reached home almost three hours late. Overall, it was a very disappointing travel experience. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and expect the company to take responsibility and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

My experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I was allotted the upper sleeper berth near the door, and the curtain kept getting caught against the door, making it impossible to close completely. My leg was positioned dangerously close to the door throughout the night, and I was constantly worried about it slamming shut on my leg or getting caught in between. The hygiene standards were equally concerning. There was vomit all over the window from a previous passenger, which had not been cleaned. The restroom stop was absolutely horrible, with an extremely unhygienic bathroom. Even the place where the food was prepared did not appear hygienic, which made me uncomfortable eating it. To make matters worse, it was extremely cold throughout the journey, and no blankets were provided. The only positive aspect of this journey was the staff’s behaviour. They were polite, courteous and well-mannered. Unfortunately, good staff behaviour cannot compensate for poor hygiene, inadequate facilities and basic passenger safety concerns. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues. Passenger safety, cleanliness and basic comfort should be non-negotiable.

Journey was very comfortable.

One of my worst travel. I had booked AC sleeper individual lower berth because I was ill so that I could sleep and rest. My bus was delayed 50 minutes. When it reached Kozhikode the bus had broken down and we were on the road for 2 hours with my illness and then a bus came which was too small and it was not pushback either. I was delayed 5 hours and my money for the individual sleeper berth has also been lost. The small bus that came was full of passengers and no one slept because of the discomfort.
