I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent journey. Unfortunately, it was a very uncomfortable experience. The bus had severe jerkiness and instability throughout the ride due to poor suspension, making it very rough and unsettling. Additionally, the charging points were not working, which caused a major inconvenience. Overall, the ride was poorly maintained and frustrating. I hope the team looks into vehicle maintenance and basic amenities for future passengers.
